As Insolvency Practitioners we specialise in business rescue and restructuring where possible as well as formal insolvency procedures, when necessary. We deal with a wide variety of matters from advisory work, personal and corporate insolvency and can cover any sector. We have 2 licensed Insolvency Practitioners with over 30 year experience within the industry who are all licensed with the Insolvency Practitioners Association.

We are working with a reputable Insolvency firm based in Central London, which is looking to expand its knowledgeable, friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic recent Articled Clerk or experienced Accountant to become part of a dynamic team within a UK-based firm offering great opportunities for career advancement.
Job requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an accounting role is required.
Professional accreditations (full or part) such as CIMA, ACA or ACCA are advantageous.
We are looking for an individual who is:
• Able to demonstrate an excellent understanding in mathematics and accounting at their current level.
• Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office suite
• Able to deliver under pressure.
• A good communicator, both written and verbally in English.
• An excellent problem solver who is able to navigate unexpected challenges
• Highly organized with a keen eye for paying attention to details
The position:
• Throughout the span of an insolvency case, producing correspondence (letters and emails); notices; file notes; and schedules and analysis of a consistently high standard - and assisting with the preparation of statutory and other reports for the attention of creditors and other stakeholders
• Interacting closely with colleagues together with third-party stakeholders (including- directors, employees, and creditors) and appointed agents;
• On a case-by-case basis, undertaking appropriate investigations to ascertain reasons behind a company declaring itself insolvent and preparing relevant reports thereon
• Working alongside Case Managers to provide support on corporate insolvency engagements
• All necessary training will be provided.
• Based on your performance, there will be scope to develop within the firm.
