Insolvency Admin Assistant - Remote Position

Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for South African candidates interested in the flourishing insolvency industry.

 

A growing insolvency firm in Central London are looking for an Insolvency Admin Assistant to join their friendly, sociable, diverse team.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated with strong organisational skills.

 

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate, or school leaver looking to take their first step into a career in insolvency, you will have constant support from the team, in a collaborative and hardworking environment, whilst working from the comfort of your own home.

 

Responsibilities would include:

  • Supporting the team in delivering professional restructuring and insolvency services
  • Maintaining records of receipts and payments
  • Work with specific insolvency software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Preparation of reports, proposals, presentations, letters, notes, invoices, and ad hoc documents including mail merges
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries and passing on messages accurately

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic about working in insolvency and willing to learn fast.
  • Numerically competent (minimum of 65% pass for maths literacy)
  • Matric with a bachelors pass (required)
  • You'll have strong interpersonal and communication skills and also deal with potentially trying situations.
  • A good internet connect and a home set-up that would support remote work
  • No experience is required
